 The Electronic Prevention Services Selector (ePSS) is an easy-to-use, hands-on tool designed to help healthcare professionals quickly and easily identify the appropriate screening, counseling, and preventive medical services for their patients based on their age, sex, and certain behavioral risk factors.

Preventive Care, also called "Preventive Medicine", simply refers to steps taken to prevent disease. A few simple examples of preventive care would be things like good hand washing and higiene habits, keeping current with vaccinations, and good diet control. Preventive care has proven to be effective in decreasing the mortality and morbidity of disease all over the world.

  1. Enter your age in years.

  2. Select your sex (females, please indicate if you are currently pregnant).
